  • Once you place your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We then process your order and aim to dispatch as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email confirming this. Please see our Shipping & Delivery for more details on how long shipping takes.  

  • Shipping duration will be estimated at checkout depending on which shipping method you have chosen. Please see our Shipping & Delivery details for more details.

  • Yes, we ship internationally. Please see our Shipping & Delivery details for more details on time estimates for international orders. 

  • MALOA is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

  • In order to satisfy our returns policy and successfully process returns, all items must be unworn, unused and fitted with original tags and packaging. All items must also not have any makeup or alternative marks on them.

  • You can return your item up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please return your order via our returns portal.

  • Yes, you can exchange items. Please email us info@maloa.co.uk to start the exchange process. We will then send you super easy instructions on what to do. Once we receive your return, we will check if your return satisfies our Returns Policy. If this is successful, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. We aim to process exchange orders as soon as possible. If the size/item you wish to exchange is in stock, we will send you a confirmation email when your new item is dispatched. 

  • When we receive your items for exchange, we will check if the new item you require is in stock or not. If the item is not in stock, we will send you an email confirming this and we will refund you within 10 working days. 

  • Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Once you have shipped your return, you will receive an email providing details of your store credit.
