SHIPPING POLICY

At MALOA, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a Product or change your mind, this refund and returns policy outlines your rights and the process for returns and refunds. You can also refer to our terms and conditions on our website, which sets out the process in full (and defines capitalised terms in this policy).

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unworn and unused.

  • Products must not have any makeup, marks, or other signs of use.

  • Products must be in their original condition.

  • Products must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

 

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Email us at info@maloa.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your Products to start the returns process. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your Products.

Return the Products to us within 14 days of notifying us. Ensure the items meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. If you paid for express delivery, we’ll only refund the standard delivery costs.

 

SALE PRODUCTS

Sale Products are not eligible for refunds. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue store credit instead. You’ll receive an email with details of the store credit.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Email us at info@maloa.co.uk to start the exchange process.

  • Once we confirm that your return meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll process the exchange.

  • If the Product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or faulty Product, contact us at info@maloa.co.uk as soon as possible. Ensure the Product has all original tags attached and is in its original packaging.

For further details about your consumer rights, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
